But Littles always gives me the best. I had a vehicle I wanted to buy I test drove it and was in love with it, I put money down as a hold on the vehicle I had 1 week to get the whole down payment. A customer came by during that week and offered Crystal my dealer $1,000 for the car I was getting, she denied them cause I already put money down. I'm so happy she did this and didn't let greed turn her. If not for her I won't have this amazing vehicle I have now! Upon further investigation we discovered gasoline in the air filter system, along with it throwing and ECM code. In short, the motor blew up. Also discovered they sold her a $9,000.00 vehicle for almost $16,000.00!! To add insult to injury they financed her to the tune of OVER a $25,000.00 payoff!!! This young girl will never pay this car off at that amount, nor will the vehicle last long enough for her to do so! BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING! These guys are really great. I got stuck with a flat tire just off route 80. Not a single shop in…read morethe area had my tire size and AAA took 3 hours to get to me. Irwin's still offered to take a look and even let me know that they had found a used tire in the right size if need be. By the time AAA finally came, Irwin's was about to close. They waited open for me and stayed open a half hour past close. Not only this, but instead of a fast repair like a plug that would have gotten them home faster, they took the time and did a great job on a full patch of the tire and made sure that the pressure on all the other tires was fine. The entire time, the owners sat in the waiting room and chatted with me and were extremely pleasant. Not to mention, the price at the end was extremely reasonable. This was by far my best experience at an auto shop; excellent service and people.
