We started with a series of weekly Zoom meetings to practice leash skills before moving to in-person classes to practice off-leash skills. Carolyn would leave us with things to practice during the week and followup with an article that provided extra information in writing. Then the next week, we'd demonstrate how well the new skills were coming, she'd offer feedback, and then we'd move on to the next body of skills. By the end of the classes, I felt comfortable taking Ollie to the park for hikes or the beach for walks. I lean on her training and email advice when tackling new skills like heeling alongside the bike. And to say one more thing: she is developing a very strong community of well behaved off leash dogs that meet regularly for group walks and dog to dog socializing. I never imagined this is the training or community I would leave with when engaging Carolyn for training. I simply wanted a dog that wouldn't jump on visitors, now I have a dog that I can confidently take on trips and out to lunch. I'm forever grateful!

Before, she was unable to be near other dogs, couldn't let her off leash unless we were completely alone, and constantly worried about her in public. He taught us how to correctly read her and understand her so we could then set her up for success. He used lots of desensitization, counter-conditioning, and reinforcing positive decisions to communicate to her the correct response to things that scared her. We are able to reinforce her trust in us now, and now have gained priceless knowledge for both ourselves and her. She has been able to greatly reduce any anxiety and stress she has and we now have a much stronger bond and can see a visible difference in her. We are thrilled with the work Clint did with her and how he gave her and us the training to allow her to live in a much happier, stress-free, and confident place.

The woman working the cash register pointed (vaguely) at the cleaning station. After walking around a little bit I found it. I cleaned up the mess, but it took me 4 trips walking back and forth to get more paper towels and throwing away the dirty ones. I had to do this one handed-while holding both dogs. The cashier sat there chatting with a customer while they watched me cleaning, seeing me struggling to do all this one handed. No employees anywhere. I REALLY could have used someone's help, just to hold my dogs leashes so i could at least use both hands. Then when I finished cleaning I walked over and she started the return. She had difficulty doing the return so called for help. Then there were a total 4 employees that came out of nowhere. Asking if they could pet my dogs Could have used their help when I really needed it. Won't return.
