My dog didn't like the groomer on hand and the groomer didn't seem real patient with her. The place is usually pretty clean and they run good deals every now and then.

Angie took it upon herself to make a decision for me without my consent. She claimed my pup was matted.. bullshit! I comb my pup with a flee comb every other day but because I didn't bring her back in 3 months Angie called herself teaching me a lesson. Really!! Who are you to tell me when to groom my pup. I have 3 dogs that I take there. I will NEVER take any of my dogs there again. Shame on the groomer.

So I ordered a new one. fHe had a bit of matting by his ear and they cut that off which i TOLD them not to do. Not sure if it was a week or two later they called that they found it. Seriously ??!!! If you have any questions on any of the animals Tony, his wife or his staff are always willing to help in anyway they can. I bought two royal pythons and a fish from them. All of them are still very healthy. Any time I have trouble with my pets (even the ones I didn't purchase there) they are always willing to give me advise or help in any way they can. Sometimes when I go in just to buy some food or something small for my pets I end up staying for hours just playing with the animals and talking to who ever is working there at the time. Everyone is very friendly and they all know me, and get to know all of their clientele as much as they can. All of their stock for the animals is safe clean and new. If you live in the greater northwest Ohio area and want a new pet or need something for your own, this is defiantly the place to go.
