Sam and his team at DotCom are fantastic. Our company has had a website for 20 years. We have worked with 6 different companies during that time ... never having found anyone who can deliver what they promise, until last year when we switched to DotCom. Dex Media is horrible and Main Street Host is a complete scam. I honestly don't think either of those companies have any idea what they are doing. Whatever you do, don't use either of those $@!*%! companies. DotCom is a different operation altogether. I don't think they are very big ... maybe 5 or 6 people ... but they are VERY attentive, VERY knowledgeable, and VERY effective. I honestly don't have a single concern about them except that they are so good, once the word gets out - they may get too busy. So far, they always get things done very quickly.
