DOT Palm cut my sea grape tree on my property without my permission last summer. Many of my shade plants died because they are now in direct sunlight. I believe there is a law against cutting trees on other people's property without their permission. If you see DOT Palm in your area, run out and ask them what they are doing before they cut trees on your property and send you a bill like they did to me! The damage they did to my property is inexcusable and it will never be the same. It took me ten years to get my backyard looking like an oasis and now it looks horrible and my privacy is gone. As a gardener, and guilty of over planting 20 years ago, I've had to call Dot Palm many times to come trim my 40' Bismarcks. Luckily, Irma dropped that one inches from my house and a friends boat parked under my balcony. But Irma killed so many Bismarck's that I'm calling Dot Palm now to remove 2 more dead ones...such a shame cause they really are beautiful palm trees. My experiences with Dot Palm have always been professional, they cleaned up all the left over shavings from the trees and I've always been happy with their work. In this type of business you have to give them time to be late- it's hard to predict a problem when trimming /cutting down palms-also homeowners-which I am guilty of- 'oh while you're here can you trim up this other palm?' What do you expect them to do-say to the customer 'no I can't I'll be 5 min late for my next appointment, after all their heavy equipment is on their property? read more

Dot Palms has been the company to trim my commercial property's trees for the past 4 years. Very knowledgeable about the multiple varieties of local trees .
