I walked past the sales desk and was completely ignored, and the associate was texting on her phone. The store was in complete disarray, grouping pulled apart, mirrors on top of sofas and beds, stacks of product sitting on top of cabinets, a total mess. As I was leaving, I couldn't help but notice 2 more staff members joined the one behind the counter that was on her phone earlier and the 3 of them began to engage in personal conversations and NO ONE was being served in the store. I will not be returning.

He had to buy another set because he wasn't on the card but had the receipt. They won't refund my original. didn't fit but can't be returned until after closure. We bought another set, he couldn't pick them up so we sent someone else. Since he wasn't they card holder the made him buy another set. Needless to say it's pandemic. People Send couriers to pick things up for them all the time. Hello Uber eats? Help people out Bouclair. We now have 6 rods on 3 different cards. I will never ever use you again. Get your customer service together. Unreal. Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel are both excellent and have much better customer service and product. I am still in shock.

Had nowhere to sit for two months after moving to new house (didn't own any furniture). Expressed my concerns but the store manager simply didn't care. Told me that the two month delay was normal and that the sales person should have told us about this beforehand. I would have ordered my furniture two months earlier if this delay was known. I visited the store in August 2020 and was told it would be a good time to order in October to get delivery on time for early February. Feel very mislead. Would not recommend to anyone.

LaZBoy unfortunately does not have the reputation as it once had. The quality has dropped…read moreconsiderably.....they use cardboard for part of the frame! Upholstery craftsmanship is not there anymore! Take the cushions out and really look in the corners for unfinished seams! If you have bought an item and it doesn't work out, the customer has to pay a restocking fee.....50%. Something to really consider before buying. In fact, the better solution is not to buy period from LaZBoy! Go to a quality Canadian furniture store that stands behind their product! A very unhappy ex customer from the Barrie store in Ontario!
