Very inpatient store. Anager on Essa Road wanted me to pay full price for an item which was on sale, with a Visa card, and said it would go through the next day at sale price. When I questioned the system I got attitude, " this is how we always do it", well it's not correct! read more

I would have left a good review until we had a problem with an umbrella we bought there. We purchased a number of pieces, including table and chairs, love seat, and two umbrellas. When we had a problem with one of the umbrellas while still under warranty, we were told they would repair it. The only problem was that it would take at least 4 weeks (plus they already had a week), meaning we would be without it for most of June and into July, and therefore could not use our deck because it just gets too hot in the sun (which is why we bought the umbrella in the first place). When I told the manager that this was unacceptable I just got a bunch of excuses. We opted to take it back without being repaired and don't plan on shopping there again. read more

I went into the Urban Barn Location in the Park Place Centre in Barrie on Saturday Feb 8th/25…read moreA number of customers roaming around and no one being helped. I walked past the sales desk and was completely ignored, and the associate was texting on her phone. The store was in complete disarray, grouping pulled apart, mirrors on top of sofas and beds, stacks of product sitting on top of cabinets, a total mess. As I was leaving, I couldn't help but notice 2 more staff members joined the one behind the counter that was on her phone earlier and the 3 of them began to engage in personal conversations and NO ONE was being served in the store. I will not be returning.

He had to buy another set because he wasn't on the card but had the receipt. They won't refund my original. didn't fit but can't be returned until after closure. We bought another set, he couldn't pick them up so we sent someone else. Since he wasn't they card holder the made him buy another set. Needless to say it's pandemic. People Send couriers to pick things up for them all the time. Hello Uber eats? Help people out Bouclair. We now have 6 rods on 3 different cards. I will never ever use you again. Get your customer service together. Unreal. Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel are both excellent and have much better customer service and product. I am still in shock.

Ordered furniture in October 2020, and was guaranteed it would arrive at the beginning of February…read more Actual delivery date was the end of March 2021. Had nowhere to sit for two months after moving to new house (didn't own any furniture). Expressed my concerns but the store manager simply didn't care. Told me that the two month delay was normal and that the sales person should have told us about this beforehand. I would have ordered my furniture two months earlier if this delay was known. I visited the store in August 2020 and was told it would be a good time to order in October to get delivery on time for early February. Feel very mislead. Would not recommend to anyone.

She was extremely helpful giving us all the information we needed to make a decision that made us happy. We never felt like she was trying to talk us into buying something we didn't want. It was an excellent experience, he followed up when he said and was very easy to work with on helping me make decisions. In the end I opted just for the bedframe but I will definitely shop there again as I continue making decor decisions during our renovation. When I entered the store Nadir was already helping others but still attended to me without interaction loss with the others - this way I wasn't waiting a long time while someone else was trying all the mattressess. We have purchased all of our mattressess from the Bayfield Sleep Country over the years and all good experiences but I have to say Nadir has been the most helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Was told to bring it back, pick another, pay more, take my new mattress home. Did that. Bear in mind I'm a woman and can't carry mattresses around so I found someone to help. I've had this one for two months. The "plush" has collapsed and I can feel the springs and wake up every single day feeling like I've been hit in the back by a truck. I can't afford to buy yet another mattress, nor do I have anyone to help again. So I'm stuck with it. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
