It was so easy to do. Unfortunately, I put this off to get fixed for a very long time and didn't realize how easy this was. It's so nice to have a working outside outlet again. And, in doing it the installer was on time, polite, cleaned up the mess, personable, etc. The price bid by "My Electrical Genie" was offered right away - they were the first to respond to my listing. And they responded with a price. Others didn't respond with a price even though my project was very specific, simple, and with pictures! The price was good in my opinion and notably far below the rip-off price proposed by another. I thought that getting the low price meant I wouldn't get the best of options for the install. I figured the "swag" wire coming from over the door sill would have to remain. But he got the wire hidden above the ceiling with just one hole that he patched up perfectly! I figured I'd have to repaint the ceiling, but he said, "Maybe not." It dried perfectly white like the rest of my ceiling! I don't have to repaint. I can't see where the hole he made was! I've owned my home for over two decades, and this has been the best project ever.
