I bought a pkg of Wagyu beef and another of Kobe beef. I should have looked at the expiration date but when something expires, shouldn't it be taken off of the shelf, or at least marked down so the consumer is aware that the meat is old? The Kobe beef expired 7 DAYS ago and the Wagyu expired today....ridiculous!
