The man was incredibly rude and became irate even though I was respectful and patient. He complained about all the work he had and I told him I'd just take my earrings back. I can wait but I wasn't willing to give my money to someone like that, I'd rather take business elsewhere. He got my antique earrings and tossed them at me as I was thanking him. He did this in front of my partner and my small child. Shocked a man with this behavior and service gets business!
