The staff really does a great job handling most of the activities and decorations, which makes it much less stressful for parents. Talking with a few other parents there, everyone agreed this is a go-to spot for birthday parties. There's plenty to do with go-karts, mini golf, laser tag, bumper boats, and a full arcade, so the kids stay busy the whole time. It does get busy, but it's well organized and keeps moving. Overall, a fun, easy option for birthdays or just a day out with the family.

They have always demonstrated exceptional patience, even with fussy youngsters, and never hesitate to take care of the adults' needs quickly and efficiently. That said, they don't have a lot to work with when it comes to the park itself. Although the go-kart track is in decent shape and the karts themselves run well, the rock climbing wall sits in direct sunlight all day, leaving it way too hot for the tiny hands that want to use it. Similarly, there isn't enough tree cover over the mini-golf area to combat the hot south Arkansas sun, which detracts from the experience immensely. Their saving graces seem to be the pricing, which is extraordinarily inexpensive, and the fact that they are essentially the only game in a town woefully deficient in fun activities for kids. All in all, I wouldn't warn you not to go, but I will say you should definitely bring some gloves and pack your sun screen.

-------UPDATE------- Earlier today, I received a message…read morefrom the owner of this establishment. She had considered my posts and reviews, even seeking advise from a friend who is in charge of a church security team, and now understands that the anti-gun policy only keeps law-abiding individuals from carrying a firearm into the facility, leaving themselves and others defenseless against those who might wish to bring evil against them. The sign has been removed and the policy changed. I have a great deal of respect for the owner's handling of this matter. With this matter resolved, only positive things remain for me to say about this place. I will be changing my reviews and recommendations, as we otherwise had a great time. They have a very nice place, with friendly staff, and lots of fun things to do. I can now comfortably highly recommend this place for anyone looking for family-friendly fun. -------UPDATE------- PREVIOUS COMMENTS To Big Rock Mini Golf and Fun Park: I will respect your wishes, regarding your anti-gun policy, by not returning to your establishment.
