"Well we're gonna be sure, not pretty sure." That's how you do business. They could have gone the easy way and put in anything that fit, but they made sure to take care of their customers and not cut corners. These guys are great! They're super nice, and they don't condescend. They helped make sure I understood what my vehicle needed, and they took care of it! They've definitely earned my business.

I just had one of the best experiences for an oil change in my entire driving career. My…read moreexpectations were simply to have my oil changed quickly, efficiently, but they far exceeded my expectations with the additional services they offered at no charge. The gentleman were extremely polite and curious, wonderful conversationalist, and extremely considerate. They offered, of course to top off the fluids, the light checks, and they showed me my filter (pretty standard). What was above and beyond my expectations was offering to wash my windshield for me, wash the back up camera, and oil any squeaky hinges on the vehicle. They also did a battery test and showed me my current battery health, explaining what the results meant and approximately how much longer I had left on my battery. They also gave me estimate for cost to replace and what product was used. I was in and out within 20 minutes, and I cannot recommend them enough!

My Cousin while visiting from Florida went here for an oil change two days ago and the service tech…read morelooked over the front end and tried to advise her to replace her struts! Said they were leaking and he could repair them for around $1000. She declined and told him no, that she would have her husband take care of it. After she left she drove approximately 15 miles and noticed the abs light wouldn't go away on her dashboard. I called PRO-TECH for her and asked them if perhaps they disconnected a wire or something while doing the oil change they said no, shouldn't have needed to do that. Recommended to bring vehicle back in the morning. After finding a CARite dealership nearby from which she bought the truck in Florida she decided to take it there the next morning for a second opinion as it was under warranty. They then inspected the vehicle and said the calipers were loose and rattling probably causing the abs light issue so they then tightened them back up. The vehicle had just had the brakes checked and repaired just two months earlier before coming to MI at a CARite dealership in Florida. They also inspected the struts and said they should be fine to drive back to Florida and didn't require replacement! The following day after driving approximately another 80 miles something came loose and was dragging under the vehicle causing her to pull off to the side of the state highway. Looking under the vehicle she found a bracket of some sort hanging down and dragging the road. She then contacted her dealer again and had to have the vehicle towed to them for repairs again. They said the bracket would have had to be removed to do the oil filter replacement and must not have been properly fastened back after the filter replacement. They then generously replaced the missing fasteners and did not charge her for anything. Thank you CARite! Shame on you PRO-TECH!! It appears there are still bandits lurking around trying to make a dis-Honest living!

Changed our oil and informed my mother on things while I talked with a few of the staff. (I think they liked me). About 10 miles home our car near the engine started making this god awful metallic noise. They told us we should be fine driving home before this happened. Our engine quit on us and I almost passed out in the sweltering hot weather waiting for a tow truck while the insurance companies and I Tow service kept being incompetent and ridiculous.
