Brasserie 66 is a short walk from the Spiez train station, and has a lovely view of the lake and mountains. Service was friendly, and the kind server translated the menu for us. The menu is in German. We asked about wifi, and they gave us the password. This is very handy for travelers. If I was a local, you'd find me at Brasserie 66 every week for that savory Käsekuchen! It was #8 on the menu. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the apartments which was great since we had a child and needed the extra space. We were able to use the kitchen and cook several meals which we wouldn't have done if we stayed at the Hotel. I didn't realize when booking that we had to pay for the spa, or breakfast, seperately but we only used those amenities once so we were fine paying extra. It was PRIME location even with a stroller and everything was walkable. I wish the hotel staff checked in with us in the apartments once or twice during our 6 night stay to ensure we had enough pillows and towels but beside that, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back.
