A beautiful public space that deserves more gratitude than criticism…read more I've seen a few low-star reviews about staff interactions, and honestly, I find them unfair. This library offers a free, clean, and modern facility for anyone who wants to read, study, or simply find a peaceful place to think -- and that's something we shouldn't take for granted. The Norcross Branch is bright, open, and thoughtfully designed -- with private study rooms, creative children's areas, and comfortable seating by the windows that make it easy to focus. Everything feels calm and cared for. Staff members have always been courteous and professional when I've visited. They manage a busy public space while keeping it welcoming and safe, which isn't easy work. If you need a quiet retreat to learn, write, or reflect, this library is a wonderful gift to the community. Let's appreciate it for what it is -- a place built for everyone, maintained with effort, and offered freely.

I been to a Fulton library near my residency, and there is no comparison. This branch is always ready to accommodate patrons, and is lively as well. I travel more than 20 minutes to this facility, and it is worth it! Gwinnett county government at its finest here! Great services, great facility, great staff, great resources, friendly people, and great surroundings---, the park and Norcross historical area.

This is a small library. Good news is if they don't have what you want you can have them transfer…read morefrom another branch. The librarians are all fairly friendly, maybe slightly standoffish. My biggest complaint about this location is it is incredibly drab, little color or decor. Anytime I go I grab what I need & leave, it's not a place to hang out & read or just enjoy being there. Where we're from all of the local libraries, even the tiniest ones are community hubs- very welcoming, inviting with nice whimsical touches that draw you in, & lots of different community events for all ages going on. Not sure if it's lack of funding or the Atlanta area has so many paid attractions that they don't invest in their important local resources which is disappointing.

There are many events hosted here so check the schedule that's usually posted in the front. Those events are mostly catered to kids so I'm sure families will find them fun. Holds are kept on the far left as you enter the library. The kid's section is on the far right. There are at least three help desks staffed with helpful caring staff. They make this library very welcoming and inclusive for everyone. Computers are available in the middle of the library. Parking is easy and spacious.

A first visit to this library branch in Johns Creek felt like stepping into a little haven. The…read moreentrance was lined with $1 books and a spot to donate your own, which instantly set a warm, community‑minded tone. Inside, the space is bright and peaceful, with huge windows overlooking the trees, plenty of cozy seating, quiet study nooks, and full access to computers. Stephanie, a librarian of 21 years, was a joy to talk to. She mentioned that visits have dipped since the pandemic, perhaps due to the rise of e‑books, but she wishes more people knew about the incredible resources that often go unused. Beyond books, there are digital tools, in‑person classes, access to new computers, and even free passes to Georgia state parks and the Chattahoochee Nature Center. That's a novel perk if there ever was one. It's a true community gem--welcoming, accessible, and a reminder that libraries offer something the digital world can't: connection. Stopping by your local branch might just be the best chapter you add to your week.

The most important thing is that the employees here are all nice and proactive in helping everyone. Special mention goes to Ellen. I took the 1hr 49min ride to the Duluth Library to experience the engagement with Raymond Santana. Detailed as, "Join Raymond Santana, one of the Central Park Five, as he discusses his young adult illustrated memoir, "Pushing Hope," which reflects on his wrongful conviction and tireless fight for his 2002 exoneration." I was excited to be in the room. The Duluth Library was the perfect place to have this event. The space was huge. The sound system was perfect and went throughout the entire room and the way the room was set up was ideal for the audience to focus and be able to feel the emotions expressed with each word. More than just a library, the Duluth Library was a night of memoir engagement for me and I am so happy that I went and was able to be present. Overall, the Duluth Library is humungus, super clean, and is easy to navigate when looking for books. The staff was super friendly and greeted me upon walking in with smiles on their faces. If you're in the area and ready to engage with all the Duluth Library has to offer. Make sure to stop in and check out all you've been missing.

Plenty of outlets and USB ports. The staff is always super friendly, helpful and professional. Plenty of Mac Monitors to choose from. The selection of books are solid. Last, they have book club and author programs all the time that are well done and as someone mentioned you don't have to live in Gwinnett County to attend these programs. This is a great branch and I can't recommend it enough. During different times, the branch has kiosks that give out free COVID or flu testing kits. The people running this branch are really on top of it! Separate and apart from this review, this is also an Amazon Locker location.

I handled my biz and was through the library detectors. (Clean bathroom with sufficient toilet paper, soap, and paper towel, by the way.) The day was perfect. Slightly cloudy with very mild temperatures. This led me to mistakenly assume there would be few people in the library. I often wonder if anyone goes to the library still and let me tell you, folks definitely go to the Peachtree Corners branch of the Gwinnett Public Library system. In the middle of the afternoon, there were people of all different ages, studying, reading, working, and playing. I had no problem with noise and plopped down at a desk towards the back of the library. Free Wi-Fi but no electrical outlet for me to plug in. Luckily my MacBook, with its screwed-up, old battery still holds a charge better than any PC laptop I ever owned before. Mostly I was writing out equations on paper, so I was good to go with the juice in my computer. The library was a comfortable temperature, probably warmer than most commercial places, which was awesome for me. Strangely, there was a woman wrapped up in a thick blanket. Not sure what that was all about. I took a picture to send to my family group chat, but I won't post it here, haha. I saw a decent collection of books as I peered around right before leaving. I'm not a Gwinnett county resident but I'm trying to bribe my sister into sharing her library card with me! I mean, Asians all look the same, right? Terrible joke... (I'm Asian and we are talking about my sister, after all. We must share some physical resemblance, so unbunch your panties.) [#Yelp365: 113/365]
