HOWEVER, even though parts had to be ordered, etc along with "waiting in line", we had it back within 2 weeks! Cindy Cochran works in the front. I understand mistakes can happen, but repeated issues and poor communication made it hard to trust the quality of work. Enormous costs, without a successful resolution...not to mention months without a functional. farm pickup. Ultimately I took the truck to Lethal Diesel in Staunton. They repaired the truck for a fraction of the total charges from Obaugh Chevrolet. While Obaugh's did write off some of the labor costs, the failure to fix the truck was unimportant to dealership management. I sent a followup letter to the dealer...after the truck was finally repaired...detailing the costs spent and significant loss of use, yet never received a reply. If you have any issues with a diesel truck, save yourself the heartache and use either Lethal Diesel in Staunton or Bethel Bend Farm in Elkton. Obaugh's service department lacks the skill set to repair diesel pickups.
