We played soccer with her dog when we were in high school. She had cats during her undergraduate years. These days, she has two wonderful dogs and a cat as pets. She lived in Toronto after we both graduated from high school. She took a job as a dog walker, which has honed her skills and given her the confidence to start her own dog-walking company. Through sleet, wind gusts, downpours, and freezing rain, she would be out there walking dogs from various clients, making sure that they were all okay under the ever-changing weather conditions. It is an understatement to say that Diana adores animals. While working full-time after graduating from university, she took courses in Animal Care at Georgian College. She continued working in the veterinarian sector before moving to Peterborough to start Paws and Smell the Flowers. I have seen her treat her clients' pets as if they were her own. Dogs and cats are comfortable being in her care. She makes sure that both the pet owner and pets themselves are comfortable with her before going ahead with the agreed-upon service.
