Since then, my kids (and I'm sure so many others) ask to go to the market JUST to see Toni. You can tell he's just a kind and positive soul. He's got a great demeanor with kiddos and - I don't feel like I'm exaggerating- can make ANYTHING with balloons. Plus, always fun costumes, especially his Longhorn costume.
