I got the scanned electronic files and large prints only two days after bringing them the 25mm negatives. Perhaps more importantly, the Lab Manager, Cindy Aquilar, patiently and expertly explained to me the options and the implications of each options - both technically and economically. The results were spectacular for a fair price (less than the cost charge by rude shop in DC).
