The case was a slam dunk, with no undeniable proof on the prosecution, but not only did he lose the case, I was sentenced to the maximum and had to appeal the decision. They charged me over $13,000 and dragged the case out over 3 years. I have PTSD from my interactions with these people and am currently seeking psychological therapy to overcome the trauma. I don't recommend this firm.

They have the equipment to cut that type of key, but they refused simply because I didn't purchase the blanks from them. I understand businesses have the right to set their own policies, but turning away a paying customer for a service you're fully capable of providing seems shortsighted. If you don't sell the specific blanks a customer needs, refusing to cut them anyway doesn't make much sense. It left me feeling like they weren't interested in earning my business. It's awesome though that they are doing so well that they don't need my money.

I took there most recent class and of course yes I passed! The owner Don was very nice and forward but his coworker Vinny honestly was laid back and lazy! One of the main problems I had there was the receptionist Pam she does not pick up phone calls or return them in a reasonable time. The class I took they had other instructors helping them former retired police officers who were cool at first, I believe one of there names was Ken. He was very helpful in the beginning but towards the last day of class there jokes were a little racial and personal to me that he laughed and may had thought it was funny but it was racial. I'm grateful I passed due to my worth ethic but if your a minority I truly don't recommend this place in all honesty. read more

He did not file the case in the correct jurisdiction . I am a client that gave him the address and zip code along with the copy of the lease and the name of the tenant. Micheal got paid for his services and I even paid him to hire the sheriff to evict the tenant. The sheriff department too, took the fees and never said that the property is not in their jurisdiction . When I asked the sheriff to come to the property and Evict the tenant, only then they told me that the property was not in their jurisdiction, and they can not do any think about it . The case has to be filed allover again. Micheal was supposed to file the case in Kenmore and not in Buffalo. or vise versa. Micheal refused to take responsibility for his work and he is redoing the work the proper way. He wasted 3 month of my time and his fees and the sheriff fees for this. Now I have to start all over again. His lack of knowledge and experience is going to cost me another three months of lost rent and another attorney and the sheriff department fees all over again . Hiring Micheal dwan was a big mistake. He doesn't know his job.
