The staff is so friendly -- from the employees up front to the specialists who perform the spa services -- they're all very nice and sweet. The locker room is very spacious and is kept very clean. The spa area is soothing, relaxing, and inviting. I'm considering purchasing the spa membership because I know I'll keep returning over and over again! The one thing I wish was different is their reservation system -- currently, the only way to make a spa reservation is to call. I was surprised to find out they don't take online reservations, which would be more convenient for me.

The facilities are decent, but not necessarily that nice. Locker rooms are okay, not sure I'd feel comfortable walking around without shoes. Overall I'm glad this exists and happy to see places like this - but not sure it's something I'd personally pay money for. The buildings themselves are beautiful and staff is extremely friendly.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service here. My father (a veteran) and I are on vacation…read moreand were looking for a simple chiropractor appointment. I emailed last night and received a callback today. While talking on the phone, we made it clear that while my father has VA insurance, we were prepared to pay the cash rate/out of pocket for the visit. Despite our politeness, the receptionist was incredibly rude. When the topic of the VA came up, she audibly sighed and said 'Jesus Christ' under her breath before telling us they'd see him. If this is the first impression you give to seniors and veterans who are trying to be easy customers, I can't imagine what the actual care is like. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Veterans deserve better than to be 'muttered at' for their service-connected insurance.

They have valet parking available at the hospital entrance here which makes it a lot easier when I struggle to walk. Because I am only here for a little over an hour. They keep my car close to the front. The valets are very friendly and helpful. On my first visit I did have to get directions to make sure I got to the right place to check in, but it's actually not that hard. Once checked in by therapy, you take the elevator downstairs to the pool area for the aqua therapy. I've only had a couple of treatments so far and while I have been very happy with the employees and the way things seem to be going I have to say that it looks like I overdid it on my last visit and put too much strain in the wrong part of my back. This has had me laid up for a couple of weeks with my body recovering from it. I've had similar things happen before, and it is no fault of theirs. However, when I get back, I will have to have a conversation with the therapist to make some alterations on how they're doing the therapy on me. I would definitely recommend AdventHealth for therapy as I have had sessions with them on at least four different occasions and have always had good luck. They now have two locations in the celebration area plus the one in Davenport so there are options for where you can go.
