They stock clothes, accessories and interiors - the kind of stuff that London should be famous for and not bloody Topshop. I could have walked out with ten pairs of earrings, shoes, pretty little tops, but my bank manager would be none too pleased. Best of all, at the front door they had a sleeping bulldog in a basket! How much is that doggy in the window... (This was actually the Covent Garden branch I visited, you can't expect to get cute puppies at all of them)

This shop really is a treasure trove of tempting treats - with children's sparkly slippers, fabulous toiletries and the watch of the moment, Toywatch, which adorns the wrist of Madonna and Robbie Williams. Fifi Wilson is a must stop destination.

Her styles are favored by the likes of Eva Longoria, Beyonce, Mariah Carey and other top celebrities. Her design style seems to fit perfectly the Hollywood style: glamorous, sexy, with some flashy details, yet very put together. Her success has been based on her hard work, and the time she has taken to develop a style that is very unique, very Jenny Packham. The pieces in the store are beautiful, the quality of the fabrics and detail in each garment superb.

With a celebrity clientele including Keira Knightley, Beyonce, Eva Longoria, Mariah Carey and Hilary Swank; Jenny Packham has brought her international glamour to one of London's most distinguished boroughs. I'm not remotely interested in getting married, but if you are and have cash to splash, lavish yourself on the most romantic day of your life! Love is surely worth the price tag, isn't it?

They were having a sale so a lot of items were around 20 pounds. That seems reasonable to me, and won't break the bank. There were a lot of dresses, and may of them had floral or pastel tones. I didn't buy anything but I would surely pop into another Monsoon store sometime soon.

Appalling customer and returns service. Don't take the risk online, go to the shop!…read more Good products but APALLING customer service and returns management. Was sent a faulty item which I returned, and they received back within 2 days. Impossible to get an update on progress, no matter who and how you contact them, here is the standard answer: "Hi Once your return has been received and processed by our returns team, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. While we strive to process returns as quickly as possible, please note that it can sometimes take up to 28 days to complete. We'll send you an email to keep you updated once everything is finalized. For more information on our returns policy, please feel free to visit our website. Thank you.". "Apologies, I am afraid that we are unable to check the progress of the return. Please allow our Returns Team up to 28 days to process the refund. But don't worry, we'll keep you updated via email as soon as it's completed. You can also check the T&C's on the website as reference. Thank you" From a customer experience prospective I've been mis sold and been further impacted by being left £140 out of pocket. Don't take the risk, if you like something get yourself to the shop rather than order online.

The King's Road shop is just the right size with beautiful fashion, colourful crockery and unusual smellies spread out over one large floor. They had a lovely exhibition of dog paintings in a small side room, supporting an animal charity. I almost always walk out empty handed as the shop invites to browse more than to actually buy. Having said that, I have bought quite a few gifts before, and the fashion becomes more affordable during the sales. But this is one of the few shops where you feel happy just browsing without the urge to spend money. A bit like a trip to Liberty, a place just oozing good taste.

I am still kicking myself for not buying one when I had the chance several years ago. I'm afraid this is going to be another one of those much regretted, lost opportunities.
