Dong Fang really surprised us. When we arrived we were told that they were really busy and thus only had the buffet. A bit bummed (we both really wanted to try som dim sum), we stayed. Well lucky us, cause the buffet is amazing. Everything is fresh, the vegetables still has some bit to them, the rice isn't over cooked and all the different meats were nice and juicy. The only thing that could have take my 4. star away, was the fact that they didn't take credit cards (we only found out when we were to pay!). Not to smart, as it was pure luck that we had enough cash. But the food and nice staff ensured the four stars. read more

This gets 4 stars for value and serving it's purpose of a full meal. Not cuisine quality, but good basic stir-frys of veg (notably champignons and bamboo shoot), meat (chicken, shrimp, and beef), and the love or hate it deep fried section of wanton, jiaozi, fried rings of something which I didn't try, probably calamari. Also has some simple sushi and salad. Good to see also a dessert section but simple canned and fresh fruits, and a good selection of flavors of commercial tubbed ice cream. Drinks which you pay extra are reasonably priced, €2-3 euros for soft drinks and beers read more

I would suggest everyone not to come, not to mention their meals look like leftover, also they don't accept credit card! To avoid taxes!

Auch mit neuer Besitzerin und schickem neuen Mobiliar ein wunderbares All-you-can-eat Buffet zum kleinen Preis. Große Auswahl an leckeren, frisch zubereiteten Speisen und sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung! Als bemerkt wurde, dass wir die Krabbenchips gern essen, wurden direkt unaufgefordert ein Teller mit ganz frischen Chips aus der Küche gebracht. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!!! Zum Beitrag von Olga P.: es gibt auf Anfrage auch eine "authentische" chinesische Speisekarte (uns wurde erklärt, dass diese nicht auf den Tischen ausgelegt ist, da Gerichte wie Froschschenkel und Innereien die europäischen Gäste erfahrungsgemäß eher abschrecken)! read more

Büffet Absolut empfehlenswert ! Es wird alles angeboten, was man beim China Büffet erwartet und ständig frisch aufgefüllt. Also, keine Riesenschalen in denen das Essen ewig warm gehalten wird . Zusätzlich wird eine Auswahl Sushi angeboten und es gibt zu diversen Nachspeisen auch eine Eisbar. Alles sehr lecker ! Die Einrichtung ist eher modern und das lokal macht einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam , danke :-) Immer wieder gern ! read more

Einen Tag bevor meine Frau und ich mit einem Kollegen in Bremerhaven waren, besuchten wir das Dong Fang. Das Essen war sehr reichhaltig und ich habe kaum die vielen Gericht probieren können, dazu war die Auswahl einfach zu groß. Dazu die Nachspeisen. Alles war gut für den deutschen Markt abgeschmeckt und zubereitet, trotzdem waren sehr viele Gäste aus China da. Die Bedienung war sehr dezent, aber zur passenden Zeitpunkt zu Stelle. read more

Das bisher beste chinesische Buffet, das ich kennen lernen durfte. Mittags gefallen mir die Buffet-Speisen sogar besser als abends und ist günstiger. Auch Vegetarier haben hier eine ziemlich große Auswahl! Neben vielen Fleisch-, Nudel-, Reis- und Gemüsegerichten gibt es auch Salat-, Eis-, und Nachtischbars. Absolut empfehlenswert, auch wenn die Bedienungen meistens etwas gelangweilt wirken. read more

Sehr gute hochwertige chinesische Küche, etwas teuer aber jeden Cent wert. Die Jakobsmuscheln sind unglaublich lecker, sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Die Kellner sind höchflich und kompetent während die Wartezeit sich gesund anfühlt. Meiner Meinung nach ist Dong Fang sehr zu empfehlen und man sollte diesem Lokal definitiv eine Chance geben. read more

Preis Leistung hat einfach 5 Sterne verdient! Das essen ist gut und wird immer frisch nachgereicht auf dem Buffet. Der Service ist auch immer super nett. Ich war bestimmt schon 6 mal hier. read more
