We live in Fairfax, Virginia, so getting to Bethany and back is an all-day event. Our budget was as tight as the time we had to look, but Colleen Windrow quickly identified a few properties and showed us. She has a wealth of knowledge of the communities, their HOAs, rental potential, etc. Colleen always advocated for what was in our best interest and acted ethically. Eventually, we found a cute, first-floor condo with a gorgeous view of a pond. We bought it at a great price, furnished it, and rented it out when not using it ourselves. We shared our experience and several friends and neighbors bought second homes in the area. Fast forward to 2021 and we saw the value of our Bear Trap condo had increased significantly. As we were a little closer to retirement, we consulted with Colleen and decided to sell the condo and buy a single-family home nearby. Colleen had a great strategy to help us get the best value for our property. As a sellers' agent, she again always advocated for what was in our best interest. Her experience helped us get through a couple of challenging offers and finally settled on an offer with the best timing and value (well above our listing price). Colleen shifted from being our sellers' agent to being a buyers' agent again. This is where the other staff in the Windrow Group played a big part. Sarah Shoemaker helped us view a few properties. Her smart and relaxed style helped us get answers quickly while giving us the space to figure out if a property was right for us. In short order, we found a home we liked in Solitude on White Creek. Colleen helped us with a good strategy to get the home on good terms and at the best value (significantly lower than the listing price). The Windrow Group and Colleen Windrow, in particular, have been good partners to us through two purchases and one sale over eight years. They've helped us get good value as buyers and sellers, advocated for our best interests, acted ethically, and got results we are proud of. We strongly recommend partnering with them for your real estate needs. Sincerely, Chad and Cathy T. Fairfax, Virginia

His strategy was right on, as it afforded us the best prices and the time we needed. Over the past 50 years, we have dealt with many real estate agents and firms, but none come even close to the level of service that Grant provides. If you are looking to buy in Ocean City, or the surrounding area, you really need to engage him.

I was very hesitant to trust Mike Cullen with almost anything. After some issues arose in which I was helpless to handle from a distance, Mike went above and beyond to handle them, while making sure to look out for my best interests in the process. He and Lisa have shown that it doesn't require a huge company to handle things. What it requires is an honest team that cares about their clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their property managed on the Eastern Shore. There fees are way more reasonable then other property managers and their polices and procedures are much better. I plan to utilize them as long as I still own my rental.

I recently went to sell my condo and I asked for resale docs I was given two different prices. I also have not paid my condo dues in six months and was planning on paying everything at closing, which is three weeks from now but they threaten to put a lien on my condo and wouldn't accept to get paid at closing. The lien would have been filed Aug.1st and closing is Sept.13th. These people are really unreasonable and I would steer clear of using them to manage you home let alone your dog house. Also look at the reviews posted. One is by the owner which you can figure out which one is him and a couple of people they know including a window contractor that probably isn't licensed like the guy they had sent to look at my floors 3 years ago. Steer clear!!! Rude and unreasonable especially with everyone dealing with a pandemic, but when their family member died they needed time to cope and put condo owners on the back burner. What a joke! In my opinion I would never have them manage my trash can in front of my building. My 3 year old would do a better job. See pics attached.
