Service would be confirmed, sometimes even the day before, and then no one would show up. No message, no update, just a no-show. We constantly had to reach out to figure out what was going on. The owner did eventually reach out to explain that staffing was an issue and they were redefining their service area. We were told we did make the cut and that things would improve moving forward. Unfortunately, that just hasn't been the case. Service has continued to be inconsistent at best, and communication remains poor. We understand that running a small business comes with challenges, but reliability and communication are the bare minimum when it comes to customer service. Sadly, this company hasn't delivered on either and we left to find a new service.
