I was told by Patrick that it would need a crane, the stump would be cut as low to the ground as possible, and that the wood would be stacked so that I could cut it up easily. They came out when they said they would. However, they were here for 45 minutes, only did 5 cuts at where trees connected to stump, threw the trees in yard whole, and left a 2 foot above ground stump. After explaining this to Patrick, he did take about 10 inches of stump off and said that 12 inches above ground is as close as anyone could get. His explanation for everything else was "you said you had a chainsaw, that's why you pay for cleanup, and we have been in business for 31 years and a lot of people are happy." I responded that the trees were supposed to be cut in half at least before throwing in my yard and we agreed for them to be stacked for me to be able to cut them up. Way to rip a veteran off and charge $1000 to make 5 cuts and throw trees in yard.
