I spoke with the office today (owner's wife, also says she was owner) and she talked over me, wouldn't listen, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company for anything. She said she pulled two guys off a job and drove 2 hours to get to Redding from Red Bluff (?) And I told her then she should not have taken the job. Called a place that had lubed the axles before and asked if they would do the installation for me but they said since I bought it myself rather than having them order it they wouldn't do the install. (If I had them order the unit they would certainly have marked it up by hundreds of dollars and the warranty would be in their name rather than mine.) Called Ron's RV and asked if they would do the installation. After assuring them that it definitely fits the same opening, etc. they said they would do the job. When I took the trailer and AC unit to their shop I asked about replacing a dead exterior USB port as well and they said no problem. They installed the AC unit and replaced the USB port and didn't take a long time to "get to it" like a lot of RV repair places do. I'm very satisfied with the shop and the crew there and will definitely return for all future RV needs.
