My curiosity got the best of me so I cut it in half and popped a piece in my mouth. Then the heat set in, it wasn't a Prune after all it was a Chipotle Pepper. Anyway the soup had avocado and some chunks of Mexican Cheese in it, highly recommended. For my first course I had the Shrimp Dorado which was pretty tasty too. The dish had 5 huge Prawns stuffed with Chihuahua cheese and wrapped with bacon. The restaurant seems to be lacking in atmosphere so I had to dock them a star. This place is really popular with the locals, you won't find too many gringos here.

We also ordered a few flan which were perfectly made; so creamy and delicate: just the right amount of sweet. The enchiladas were balanced and the presentation was appetizing. The fettuccini was classically delicious. What a breathe of fresh air after several very sub par meals in several towns on our way. We're optimistic for the faire in Sinaloa. Very satisfied! The service has been excellent as well. Love that they are compassionate about us English speakers!
