The dish had 5 huge Prawns stuffed with Chihuahua cheese and wrapped with bacon. The restaurant seems to be lacking in atmosphere so I had to dock them a star. We also ordered a few flan which were perfectly made; so creamy and delicate: just the right amount of sweet. The enchiladas were balanced and the presentation was appetizing. The fettuccini was classically delicious. What a breathe of fresh air after several very sub par meals in several towns on our way. We're optimistic for the faire in Sinaloa. Very satisfied! The service has been excellent as well. Love that they are compassionate about us English speakers!
