He comes on strong and is pretty arrogant. I asked around and he used to be a cop so that explains the attitude. Supposedly he left the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation under mysterious circumstances. I'm curious why. He records everything - everything - you say so be aware that just like a cop, anything you say can and will be used against you. (The recorder is in his pocket if you can't see it or he isn't upfront with you. Found out the hard way). You have nothing to gain by talking to him even if he asks for your "help" with his "investigation". Real jerk.
