Absolutely terrible do NOT order from this location! This location used to be fine but something has changed. Plan on waiting hours for your delivery and they will not do anything to try and make up for it. The pizza was not fresh at all. Complaints are dismissed by management. read more

We have ordered from Domino's in Loudon at least once a week without any big issues...until this week. We waited over two hours for a pizza early in the week. Was told by the manager (Destiny) we will give you a free replacement next time you order. Placed my order once again and was told it would be 30 minutes. I waited an hour and called. Destiny, the manager said oh, the person that put your order in put it in for carry out. It is sitting here. We will remake it and send it out. ( hour and 1/2 wait tonight) Have enjoyed the convenience of Domino's for years but will now look elsewhere. Very dissatisfied with the service and lack of concern for maintaining a very loyal customer. read more

Not so good. Wings were very soggy. I prefer a crispy wing tossed in sauce. These were bad. Pizza cold and crust was gummy. Should have known better. read more

Nicole Tindell is the store manager at Loudon location and she doesn't care about her customers anymore after getting a undercooked pizza delivered to my house and I called to get a replacement I was informed that I had to drive it back to the store even though I paid for delivery! We order from here once a week on average and normally there no problems. Ordered Ham and Pineapple on one side and cheese on the other. Got a pizza with ham on one side and pineapple on the other. Screwed up both sides. Must be on drugs. read more

When I received my pizza and side items, the box was bent like someone had punched the front of the box. The woman who handed the box to my fiancé was not polite at all. When I brought the pizza inside and opened the box, the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. When I opened one of my sides, buffalo chicken bites, they were burnt and extremely crunchy and not good at all. My other side which; was an Alfredo bread bowl, was fine and tasted good, no complaints there. I called back to have the pizza and bites remade, the phone call was no problem. Whoever I spoke to was really nice, but whoever came flying up my drive way without a "dominos" sign on their car was far from pleasant. He asked to see the pizza and bites, which I understand; he wanted to make sure i wasn't lying to get a new pizza, he looked at the burnt bites and he said "They are supposed to look like that"...? Um... online it isn't presented in pictures like the way it came to me. They were BURNT. Hard and distasteful. I showed him the pizza, he says nothing but looks at me like I'm ridiculous. He handed over the new pizza and bites and didn't say a word. I said "thank you" and still he didn't say a word. I go inside to look at what they sent, the bites looked like they should. Great. I open the pizza box, and there is NO WAY they didn't shake that one up too. The slices were twisted and on top of eachother. I WILL NEVER order from this dominos again. I normally wouldn't write a review for Domino's Pizza. It's Domino's Pizza, good, normally hot and has a variety of things to order. Thing is, in Loudon Tennessee this is the only place that delivers anything to anyone in this area and I have newbie stain in a medical facility and once in awhile you need food the taste good. I have ordered from this Domino's in the last month about four times on each time my pasta, several varieties or salad, varieties of breadsticks and even chicken has been very good. It arrives quickly, hot and whoever brings it always has a smile on their face. Right now I am without a car so I can't run out and pick up something I'm stuck with what they serve each day at the facility I'm at.( and no it's not jail). Whatever type of pasta I have gotten has always been full of the extras and not just noodles. Whatever type of breadsticks or rolls I order if I do are always hot and extremely tasty. The salad is full of several different things not just lettuce and dressing and is rather large, it makes for a meal the following day. Hats off to the Domino's Pizza in Loudon Tennessee and all their workers because they are putting out great pizza pasta and everything that goes along with it in a fast fashion with a smile. In this day and age of all the delivery services, it's very odd that only have one place and then entire Town that will deliver so I want to make sure to give them props for feeding me on evenings when I may have been eating a bag of junk just have something in my stomach. I ordered from here two nights ago and I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a gluten free pizza, but instead I got a thin crust. I know that there is no guarantee of the pizza being fully gluten free, but my tolerance can handle a small amount. However, I began to eat the pizza that they gave me and quickly realized that it was a thin crust. Even though the crust doesn't have as much gluten as the regular, it still contains a strong amount when compared to the gluten free option. On the box i received it said it was gluten free and when we called the restaurant to see if they got a new recipe they said that they just changed it to thin crust, without telling us! We told them that that was unacceptable and they basically told us to suck it up. Beware if you suffer from celiacs disease, ordering this could lead to very harmful side effects if they decide to lie again!! (let's just say i was in a lot of pain that night) read more
