Never had a problems before now but this... Absolutely awful. If you see a red headed woman working do not order ANYTHING. She is very rude. I have not ordered from Domino's, Dora location, for quite some time. I thought it would be nice for my grandson since he loves pizza so much. I ordered 2 hand tossed medium pepperoni and sausage pizzas. They were not good. There were so many bubbles in the dough, barely any sauce, very scarce with the toppings, and just a bit above a thin crust. This has never happened before. Do you have new untrained employees? Do you not teach your cook to pierce the dough when it puffs up? Does someone not do quality control on orders before they go out? Have you changed the dough recipe? Something has changed and if it isn't corrected, you are going to lose customers. The cheesy breads were not too bad, but that is all. I paid over $41.00 for this ridiculous order and was expecting what we had received in the past. read more

We ordered two medium deep dish pizzas with extras cheese and they were truly amazing. It's was ready to be picked up in the 15 minutes time window they gave us. I will continue to use them. Keep up the good work guys. read more

I eat at this location frequently and my order is always right and prepared in a quick manner. I always order carryout and wear my mask inside to get my order. When I went inside to get my order, another person came inside with no mask demanding her pizza and was very rude to all of the workers. They handled it and made sure to get her out of the store until she put a mask on or took her order out to her vehicle. All COVID-19 protocols were followed and every employee had on a mask. This location offers contactless carryout as well as normal carryout. In terms of sustainability, almost all pizza locations are about the same since pizza boxes are cardboard and while this can be recycled it typically is not. Overall, my experience was great at this location. read more

If I could give this place zero Stars I absolutely would. We have ordered from here SEVERAL TIMES. Nine times out of 10 are Pizza either shows up cold or very late and also cold. Tonight we were told by the the order taker that the order would arrive to our door in about 45 minutes. An hour and a half later no pizza had arrived. My husband called up to the store only to be told by the manager in charge Zachary Bennett to go f himself two times. Corporate has been called. We'll see what they do but I doubt I'll ever order from this crap hole in the wall Domino's again. read more

Now I see why Jasper has 5 stars and Dora has 3. The first few times I went there every thing went pretty well. Well then just one day every time I called they would hang up on me and I nicely told them thinking maybe something was wrong with the phones system and they might want to know. Well the manager there got an attitude with me twice saying "yeah you already told me that, they hung up on you" Today, my husband decided to go and he sat there 45 minutes. 3 people came out and asked him his name over and over and over then they would go back inside. Then they tell him AFTER 45 minutes that someone else picked it up. So they either gave the pizza to the wrong person or never made it. That doesn't include how many times the price has changed from $7 to $10. They should do a better job. It's a bunch of kids that have the worse attitudes ever. After the manager was rude to me I still gave them the benefit of the doubt by going back and trying to help out a business in my small town. After today, it's clear they don't care. read more

To spend over $25 for a med. 1 topping pizza, delivery fee, and tip, and the one topping was so scarce you would think the maker thought it was coming out of their pocket. For a while the pizzas were good but last few have not been good at all. read more

Good pizza. Sometimes the pizza is a little better depending on who is preparing it. But we've never had bad pizza here.

Staff is nice but slow service. The apps says ready but it's not right. Last couple I've order I have had to wait at the store after the apps said complete. read more

Domino's in Dora used to be a great place to order pizza. I don't understand why you offer curbside pickup and then don't bring the pizzas out. When you finally do get your pizza it's wrong. When you ask for a remake they cop an attitude make it and leave it sit there for 22 min after it comes out of the oven. So I call and ask why my pizza is just sitting there. I'm told there is nobody to bring it out but I'm sitting there in the front door counting 5 drivers and 4 other workers. The worst customer service. Ordered on the app. Tracker said the pizza was ready. Get there no pizzas ready. Called asked them how long and I was told five minutes. Get there again after about ten minutes still no pizzas. They never made my order and cancelled it even though I called. Lost my 60 pizza points and can't get my money back for 2-5 days because I paid with a card on the app. Jimmy needs to get this store under control. When I placed my order online everything seemed to go fine. It took 20 minutes to get my food when I only live a few minutes away. They usually miss my house even though there is specific instructions on there for them to find me. This time I placed my order and my food was wrong and cold and only half of my past it was there. I called they said they would replace it or give me a credit I asked for a replacement it took an hour. When they came to the house to give me my replacement order they ask for everything back.This is definitely unusual I've never heard of them asking for an order back on their mistakes. I had no problem getting in the product bag but they wanted everything and I had already eaten the pasta. I will never go back to this Dominoes I will go to either Jasper or Gardendale or just go to Little Caesars to get my pizza from now on this is ridiculous. read more

I was due a free pizza due to a mixup from a previous order. When I called the store to inquire about having my pizza delivered, the store owner, who stated his name was James Coleman, repeatedly called me a liar and used large amounts of profanity directed towards me without provocation. My husband and I work long hours and have ordered from this place on numerous times and they continuously have messed our order up. So Today, Super Bowl Sunday we decided to give them another chance and ordered 3 pizzas and a sandwich order totaling about $50. We placed our order at 4:15 pm and got our food around 7:15 pm. They called at 6:00 pm saying that they ran out of Chicken and would be late with the order.( I've managed companies for years, wouldn't you stock up?) We appreciated the call. We received our order st 7:15 and after opening the boxes realized that that they messed up the order so we called and spoke with the owner Jimmy who was completely rude and said " well it's super bowl" .
