I was hoping to finally relax after dealing with family stuff, but this order was just another letdown -- the second one in a row, in fact. Still sitting on a $35 credit from the last mess-up, but we decided to give it another shot. My wife ordered online before I got off work, and by the time I got to my food (just over 3 hours later), I opened what was supposed to be spinach and feta stuffed cheesy bread -- and guess what? No spinach. No feta. Possibly no cheese. The pizza? Missing toppings too. I called the store and was told "new people on the line" were responsible, but because I didn't notice within 3 hours, they couldn't do anything. So even though they messed it up, the only fix they offered was to charge me again and send a new order. At this point, I'm just done. The credit didn't get applied this time as the wife ordered online, but the food didn't deliver. And the customer service made sure I knew their mistake was now my problem. So this is new. I am staying in a hotel for work here in Crystal River and I got in pretty late. I didn't feel like going anywhere to get food so I figured I'd order some delivery. Dominoes is 2.6 miles from here so I went with that. I ordered a pizza, and a chicken Alfredo for lunch the next day. I ordered at 10:05 and they delivered to my hotel room at 10:26. I've never, ever, ever had a pizza delivered that quick. Not only was it quick...but everything was correct and the order was right. God bless this dominos. Thank you. read more

Not feeling well so I placed an order for pizza.Somehow I didn't hear the delivery person knock. Dominoes remade my pizza and brought me the ones i missed along with the new ones! My pizza came with very little cheese on it, very little toppings it was warm and it had a $6.99 delivery fee attached to it. the pasta that was Alfredo was excellent but the pizza was mediocre you would think a pizza place would have good pizza but the pasta was much better read more

I ordered Domino's yesterday for my daughter and I are was happy with the experience. She got a med, build your own pizza and I got the stuffed cheesy bread. I ordered online and it quoted a 26-36 minute wait, which I considered reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived about 18 minutes later. Food was hot, fresh and tasted great. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because it was a little more expensive than I expected. It was close to $30 for a medium pizza and cheesy bread. But overall, I would order again from there. If it was as good as the last time, then I am happy to spend a little extra for consistency and dependability. read more

The people who work here could not be more helpful and polite. The place is spotless. The customer​ service was excellent. I wish I could base the review on the performance of the people who work there. It would be five stars. The pizza looked good. No skimping on toppings. The price was good too. It was a manager's special - a large with five toppings. One​ thing I have noticed about Florida is​ the complete inability​ to make a great pizza. For that matter, they can't come up with a good pizza. That's true for independents and chains. Dominos controls the ingredients and everything else that goes into making a pizza. If one location is mediocre they all are. I haven't had a Dominos pizza for decades because every time I tried one in the past, it was horrible. I think they don't have a clue about​ how to make a good pizza. I know they revamped their marketing to say they have changed their business model and ingredients. I don't think they changed much. A friend surprised me with wings from Dominos at work. Yayy! I didn't get the Dominos driver's name, but I just wanted to thank him for being so sweet and patient as I stammered and stared, completely confused as to why he was even there. He even apologized for the wait I didn't know existed. Very polite and professional, and I knew he was swamped since it was game day, but he didn't show it. I am shocked and appalled with the treatment that we received from the OWNER. Completely disrespectful, he made my entire family uncomfortable. I will never patronize this establishment again.
