My recent and last order took me all the way back to when I first started ordering. If you look at my review, you'll see that once the issue got corrected. I was specific about my order ordering my meals and spending $50 dollars or more for pizza. It was fantastic, exciting, and fun. My last order was horrible I'm very specific intelligent and direct and what I want. My last order I could tell that there was a change. The pizza presented as if it were perfect however, I could tell by how fast that it was not made to my specifications. Secondly, I ordered the same wings that I typically ordered because my family likes them and what I typically do is put them in the air fryer when they arrive to make them better because they're usually always very soft and soggy. This time when my pizza arrived it looked nice, but it was extremely cold when the driver arrived. He argued with me for some reason about my order being cold after I told him that it was cold, visibly touching feeling the pizza so I decided I would contact management prior to calling the store. I checked the wings in the same wings that I ordered each and every time, and it was fried flower balls so I called the store and this particular time I received a female who stated she was the part owner. I explained my situation. explained my order advised that I'm probably why business for the store"picked up" and just simply asked if she would correct the order. To my surprise, she tried to make me seem as if I did didn't know what I was talking about as if I made numerous errors didn't know what I wanted and made me feel as if I was ignorant after my years of school, education, and military service. At first, I calmed myself inquired as maybe she was having a bad day or possibly Pryor bade Customer. However, after speaking with her, I realize this is how she was. She continued to tell me that I didn't know what I was doing, so I suggested that she look up all of the reviews that I've written for this store prior to the very bad reviews that the store received. She refused to correct my order and tried to make me feel as if I was truly ignorant to the fact. I usually don't address situations like this. I just stop and terminate supporting the business, but I felt the need to share my experience. I took pictures, but I had to pray about my response because I didn't want to appear as an angry customer, I must say I truly love ordering from this store in the past, but unless I receive a formal apology, And this situation would be rectified I do not suggest this store due to how disrespectful and rude.
