No apology, no attempt to keep a customer, no acknowledgment that they messed up. I will NEVER return here, and anytime someone asks about barber shops I know whose name to tell them to avoid like the plague. I wish I could rate it lower than 1 star.

Claudia is my stylist, got her by random once and never left. Not only is she smart and talented but she is super considerate of what I want and doesn't mind extra instructions or questions. I have curly hair, don't know anything about hair, so I'm always trying to explain things and she knows exactly what I want. She is super cool. I will always come back to Lion's Mane if she is there! Honestly, everyone there has always been great and given me a good haircut. The service is 10/10 and just a good vibe overall. Last time I was there it was packed so make sure to secure a reservation online. You the best, Claudia!
