The staff do not seem to understand how or care enough to do their job properly. I came here for a cleaning, xrays, and had a tooth filled that had a cavity. Later I was notified that i was responsible for a $700 bill that my insurance was refusing to cover. When I asked the claims specialist why the claim was rejected she let me know that its not her job to find out why and i would need to reach out to my insurance company. My insurance company let me know they only denied the claim because there were billing errors listed on the claim and it was submitted multiple times. They had already sent the dental office this information and were even willing to reach out to them again. The concerning part is the claims specialist didn't even take the time to follow up on the claim before sending me the bill and instead of taking accountability she acted as if it was no fault of hers when things were settled. The bill came out much less than $700 and i didn't owe them for any out of pocket expenses. Also the hole in my tooth wasn't filled properly. I had to go to another dental office to have the procedure redone. I didn't mind the loud club music they were playing though it seemed unprofessional for medical care. I could handle the poor attitude of the staff but, I can't compromise on getting quality dental care. I learned this is not the place for it.

I was introduced to the staff, taken on an office tour, and then immediately to a treatment room. No waiting around! Dr. Crocker's staff is so welcoming I felt as though I had been a patient for years. Nicole B. was the hygienist who took care of me and she was terrific! I hadn't been to a dentist in almost a year, so the cleaning involved some extra time and effort, but she was so patient and gentle that I didn't have any discomfort whatsoever! Dr. Crocker is very easy to talk with and really listened to me. I never felt that he wanted to rush away. In fact, the entire staff to was so pleasant and professional I felt as though I was their favorite patient! In short, I truly believe Dr. Crocker and his staff really put their patients first. My only regret is I didn't find out about this practice before now. Don't go anywhere else!

Nervous because he had never been to this Dentist , Dr Kourtland Haile was wonderful ! His calm manor instantly put him at ease and offered sedation for his dental anxiety .
