From our very first meeting with owner Scott Rusbarsky, we knew we had found the right company to paint the interior of our new home. Scott was incredibly professional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure we were completely satisfied. His approach made our decision easy, and his entire team exceeded our expectations! The quality of their work was absolutely outstanding. From the beautiful painting throughout our home to repairing nail pops and fixing ceiling and wall damage in our bathroom caused by a leaking HVAC system, their attention to detail was impeccable. The repairs were flawless, and the finished results were everything we had hoped for. But here's what really sets Scott and his company apart: Their customer service doesn't end when the job is finished! About a month after the painting was completed, we noticed a few small areas that needed touching up. I contacted Scott, and without hesitation, he came to our home with one of his painters at 7:00pm in the evening to take care of everything. No excuses, no questions asked, and no hassle whatsoever. Just a genuine commitment to making sure his customer was happy. And if that wasn't impressive enough, here's another example of the kind of person Scott is. Recently, after some severe rainstorms, we experienced water staining on portions of our ceilings due to a roofing issue. I purchased ceiling paint from Home Depot, assuming all ceiling paints were pretty much the same. Unfortunately, the paint was noticeably whiter than what had originally been used. I reached out to Scott simply to ask what ceiling paint his company had used. Not only did he take the time to explain the exact product, but he went a step further and personally helped me get the correct paint from a local Sherwin-Williams store! Think about that for a moment. The original painting project had been completed well over a month earlier, the water damage had absolutely nothing to do with his company's work, and yet Scott was still going out of his way to help us. THAT is what exceptional customer service looks like! In today's world, it's not always easy to find contractors who take such tremendous pride in their work, stand behind what they do, and genuinely care about their customers long after the job is completed. Pulled out my horribly dated and plain old ugly floor baseboards made of tile and replaced with new baseboards matching the rest of my home. With their unbelievable eye for detail they also installed my hickory hardwood planks on the outside of my large island and it's so striking I just want to spend my day looking at it!!! I tried to contact management regarding my payment, but I did not receive the response or communication I expected. This was extremely frustrating and, based on my experience, very unprofessional. Subcontractors put in their time, labor, and expenses and deserve to be paid according to the agreement. If you are a subcontractor considering working with this company, please do your homework first. Make sure everything is in writing, including the payment terms, and keep records of all work and communication. I am sharing my experience so other people can be aware and make their own informed decisions before accepting work.
