Explained to him that I don't know much about these albums, I don't know what they're supposed to have or not and I'm not trying to get rich, just make a little pocket money to help me out. Here's a few quotes from my visit: "Well you won't be paying any bills by selling an of THESE albums" "BEATLES, BEATLES, BEATLES! Everyone brings me these albums and thinks they're sitting on a gold mine." "I'm the one who has to clean, resleeve and get them ready to resell and turn a profit. In fact, I'm probably over paying you with what I offered you for the box." "This album doesn't even have its sleeve!!" "DO YOU SEE THE COVER OF THIS ALBUM?" I would have honestly taken less than what he offered me! But after being yelled at like I was purposefully trying to sell him damaged goods, I don't think I'll shop here, let alone recommend them to anyone.

Six weeks later, picked them up, get home to find the 2 row 16 digit LCD screen was not fixed and not one single I/O port were cleaned, scratch brushed, deoxidized or lubricated. A second processor dropped off the same day with a failing PSU that had a loud hum and needed repairs as well. It came back still humming, opened up the case to the processor and a very small amount of cob webs where around the PSU indicating nobody even opened it up to service it, but yet they claimed it took 2.5 hours to fix. The third processor, lol, claimed he didn't have service documentation to fix faulty ram, so nothing was done to it. I took three processors in for repairs and six weeks later, all three came back no better than before. To top if off, they scratched up the face plate on one processor trying to take it apart. Do not fall for the Google Reviews, half are not vetted genuine reviews. Avoid this home based company at all costs. 10/02/2025 EDIT: Ya see folks? He didn't address the incompetent service. Just out to convince you he's the good guy after taking 6 weeks and giving him $500 in cash to give me back still broken processors and services that were never rendered. The truth is, none of this took place "on-line", it was in text and he blocked me after I said I would have to seek council for advice after being ripped off. He's played this exact thing out with other customers when they said they would have to take it small claims. He blocked them as well and did the same stunt with them. In fact there is a review on this very site from a Will M. over a year ago that shows his propensity for bad service and this is exactly what happened to me. Beware!!!

I do not relish making negative reviews at all; only in the worst cases possible. A business or an individual representing a brand, company, establishment, or similar shows a great deal of disrespect, extremely poor customer service, or similar in order to invoke such a review from myself. Instruments and the topic thereof should be an exciting and enjoyable experience for all those involved, especially if there is knowledge to be shared. I am all for sharing my own knowledge, getting facts correct, and even correcting myself when I have remembered an incorrect fact or if memory fails to serve me at some point or another. Gary Walko of Banana Guitars is the opposite - a rude and combative person from the start. I will never engage with business with Gary and will go out of my way to not recommend his "store" if anyone bothers to ask. Again, I deeply dislike writing negative reviews at all if I can avoid it, but this Gary individual is a rare occurrence in my opinion.
