Explained to him that I don't know much about these albums, I don't know what they're supposed to have or not and I'm not trying to get rich, just make a little pocket money to help me out. Everyone brings me these albums and thinks they're sitting on a gold mine." "I'm the one who has to clean, resleeve and get them ready to resell and turn a profit. We scheduled an appointment and Ned was right on time. He followed all the appropriate safety protocols and was incredibly polite and professional. He took time to examine our piano, and then he provided a detailed and itemized list of suggested repairs for the piano. He explained the benefit of each suggestion but was not pushy in any way. We chose to have 3 of the 5 suggested items completed and Ned went right to work. He was incredibly thorough and did a terrific job.
