Let me preface my review with the fact that I've not received any product from this company. I placed an order a few weeks ago and have not received anything, not even an acknowledgement to my queries about when I might receive the package. I used a Groupon to make the purchase, as I'd not heard of this company before, yet am a big proponent of buying from local businesses. We bought a Groupon for a package from Dombrovski. When we called to redeem it they took our order and said it would be shipped and delivered within 7 to 10 days. After after 10 days we called with our confirmation number. The operator didn't write the number down and asked to have it repeated another three times while she searched for it. While we were on the phone an email came in from them confirming that the item had shipped. The tracking number so far is unknown to the shipper. We purchased this item for a gift and it is a good thing we decided to have it shipped early. I can't speak to the quality or value of their product but I hope it arrives some day. read more
