My daughter started lessons with very little confidence in the water, and thanks to Cynthia's patience, encouragement, and incredible teaching skills, she is now not only swimming but truly loving it! Cynthia has a natural gift with children--she made each lesson fun, engaging, and perfectly tailored to my daughter's pace and comfort level. What impressed me most was her ability to balance safety, skill-building, and fun all at once. My daughter would light up before every lesson and leave the pool beaming with pride. Thanks to Cynthia, my daughter has developed strong swimming skills and a newfound confidence that will stay with her for life. We're so grateful for the care and dedication Cynthia brings to her work. She's a true gem and a major asset to Waterworks! Highly recommend her to any parent looking for a kind, skilled, and passionate swim instructor!

Now he's doing handstands, building real confidence, and even going into the deep end -- something we never thought we'd see this soon. After spending two years in swim school with very little progress, this truly feels like the best money we've ever spent. We realized that we're actually spending less with these one-on-one private lessons with Coach Rasha and getting more out of each lesson than the swim schools -- We honestly joke that we should've asked the swim school for a refund on all that time and money. Working with Coach Rasha has been a complete game changer and we can't imagine going back to swim schools ever again. We're so grateful we found her and are already looking forward to having our youngest learn with her too. She's patient, encouraging, and amazing with kids.

It was torture going there week after week seeing other kids advance and our guy stay at level 1. We took a big break from lessons until we found CC Swim Academy and Ali in particular, who is a fantastic instructor. They've now learned so much and Ali has made them really comfortable in the water. They jump in the pool, do flips, go on water slides, etc. All things that take confidence they learned from Ali.

This review is for the YMCA Summer Program. We've had my son in there in past summers and it's…read morealways okay. We know what we're signing up for. It's a budget friendly summer camp. But this past summer was a bad experience all around. I believe they also have a new director. My son likens her to Ms Trunchbull in Matilda. He witnessed counselors shoving kids, literally shoving them to get in line. My son was also physically hit by a counselor. Of course they can't verify it and other counselors didn't witness it or won't say. Both my wife and I experienced his counselor as extremely petty, without any sense of training, and badgering kids when they don't fit her personal preferences (rather than some value or rule of the camp). The YMCA is an already dated and dying institution. This is going to seal the deal very soon.

All the coaches (shout out Shahr, Christian, Carlos) are great and my daughter really responds to them.
