Their total lack of communication: between David (the repairman) and his wife Amy (who fields the…read morephone calls), and between them and the customers (my husband and me) will cost us hundreds if not thousands of dollars, and they couldn't care less. Based on the recommendation of a local friend, we contacted the company to repair an awning and two valves. David assured us that he would be back on Tuesday with the parts to do all three repairs. Based on David's "iron-clad" promise, we negotiated a deal to trade in our RV for an upgrade. It turned out that David never even mentioned the repairs to his wife/scheduler/business partner, because when we called today to find out why David was two days late, she knew about nothing other than the awning, which was not available - a fact that neither of them thought important enough to tell us. So here we are with a closing date set, and needed repairs not done. We're going to take a heavy hit on the value of our RV because of it. This was an issue that could have been averted with a mere phone call, had they only cared enough about customer service and personal integrity to dial nine digits. If either of those qualities matter to you, avoid this business like the plague.

To their credit the food was good and fresh. However the…read moreservice was very slow. I think they were understaffed, and those who were working were not engaging but very nonchalant. Some of the soda flavors had no syrup. I informed the guy at the counter, but he was not very responsive. The guy filling the orders called out the order number once very quickly and barely understandable, then rather than engage with the people waiting or repeat the number, simply put the order under a heat space. I asked the other guy if that was my number that was just called so he looked, and it was. This BK is annexed to a travel center convenience store and gas station. The atmosphere is dark, and just not the best representation of BK. If I had realized that just down the road there were better options I would have passed on this one.
