Bus never showed up for my 22nd birthday celebration due to it breaking down. Frustrated with the way they handled the situation as well.

We used Dolly's party bus for our wedding party of about 40 people. The driver was professional and on time. The bus was clean. The sound system worked well. I wish the air conditioning was a little better, but all in all a great service! Would recommend. read more

We hired Dolly's Party Bus to transport our wedding guests from the venue to the hotels. While the service was performed, we had a negative experience with Dolly's. Many of our guests commented on the negative demeanor of the bus driver. They noted it seemed like she didn't like her job and didn't want to be there. We had guests staying at 2 different hotels. When our guests requested to be dropped off at the second hotel, the driver initially denied their request as that was not listed on her stop list. We were also informed by our wedding guests that the bus driver damaged the overhang at one of the hotels. They noted that not only did she damage it but she didn't slow down and continued to drive through it after hitting it. After contacting Dolly's about our concerns, the person we talked to, Stacy, replied back and denied our concerns stating "I have worked here for a very long time and get nothing but compliments on all our drivers", and "I never have any complaints from customers on any of our drivers". Regarding the bus driver damaging the overhang, she stated "The bus does not have a scratch on it anywhere, especially the top of the bus so I am quite sure the bus did not hit anything". However, after calling the hotel and asking about the overhang, they sent pictures of the damage and informed us they would be filing a police report. Long story short, don't hire Dolly's. They are one of the only shuttle services around so they can get away with poor service and customer relationships. read more

Dolly's was great! The driver was on time and with the wedding package we got a bottle of champagne. 3 stars because we only needed the bus for under an hour but had to pay for the wedding package so they could pick us up after 10 pm... we literally used the bus for 30mins as transportation from the wedding venue to the hotel.. read more

Got the bus for the wedding package on our wedding day to take us out for bridal party pictures and bring us back... it literally stopped 2x enroute before finally breaking down. I literally had to walk across a busy street in my wedding gown with the bridal party, to a gas station, while we waited for family to pick us up because we didn't make it back to the venue!! This made us late to our reception. And the company refused to give us a full refund. Ridiculous read more

I got married yesterday and I just wanted to say, the two stars does not reflect the driver himself. He was on time and very kind and professional. He wore a Luigi hat for us (since we had a Mario themed wedding) and it was kind of him to do so. The two stars however comes from the service I paid for. I paid for a wedding package. It was supposed to include a bottle of champagne for the entire wedding party as well as a free drink for my now husband and myself. Well, we didn't get our bottle of champagne. It wasn't in the bus. The driver gave us money to go out and buy one instead, but then we also didn't get our free drink! It was a huge let. down, because I paid more than I should have for something I didn't get. All in all, the driver was great, but the company really dropped the ball on what I ordered. read more

I ordered a bus for my 21st birthday. The bus was over an hour late and the only reason I found out it was going to be late is because another driver from a different bus made some calls to figure it out. I would not recommend Dolly's, they have terrible customer service!!!!! read more

One star doesn't even cut it, -10 is more appropriate. I rented the bus that seats 32 people for my best friends 21st birthday for two hours on a Monday. I had contacted Dolly's 3x to double and triple check the date and time would work. I sent the contract that was sent to me & as the special day rolls around, I still haven't heard back from the company. Moral of the story, the bus never showed & no one answered the phone. The next day, I tried calling multiple times and finally got ahold of someone. The response to what had happened was, "I was out of the office Friday and Monday." This is unacceptable and I will never recommend this company or ever attempt to use their services again. read more

We hesitantly booked a Dolly's party bus for a 21st birthday party. A bunch of 20-somethings trying to pay for a very expensive bus = nerve-racking. But Nick from Dolly's gave us a great deal and ENSURED us everything would be great and we would have no problems. I called to confirm our 7pm pick up the day of the party and was assured they'd be at the address we requested at 7. Well 7:15 rolls around, no bus, 7:23, no bus. We have 30 people standing outside waiting only to find out another party was using the bus we had paid to reserve from 7-11pm. Because the bus had another party they did not pick us up until 8pm, an hr after we had requested. We had made a schedule of places to go to that had to be changed, they offered to keep us an hr past, but we had other plans to make at 11pm. It definitely put a damper on the beginning of the night and was extremely inconvenient for all of our guests. Regardless of being late, we had a great time, the bus was awesome, our driver was great-- and they did discount us the hour that we missed. However, I'll leave the party bus planning to someone else. And probably book through someone else. Booking a party on-top of another is simply not acceptable. read more

We rented a party bus for my little sisters bachelor/ette party and after everything was said and done and we tipped over 100$ to the driver they charged our credit card an extra 100$ (not for mess, but for deposit, and never returned it) We called to let the manager know and he blew us off. (I was 100% sober and made sure the driver was paid, be careful of them trying to milk extra money from you) read more
