She never set up the shot.(Apparently if she says "if you can't see me, then I can't see you", but you can see her she doesn't have to tell you she can't see you) Although she took plenty of pictures, but none of the whole family group pictures are usable. When we received the pictures, heads were cut off, more than one or two eyes are closed, edged of backdrop are shown, and people were running into the pictures. The subjects are so close to the edge that you couldn't frame them and the was lighting is so harsh. When asked about the lack of quality she said they were beautiful and we shouldn't judge the unedited ones. We were sent 15 edited pictures that didn't even include all the individual families. If you are not getting large family photos and are able to edit and crop yourself, then CheapShots could be a doable option. As per their request only the "edited" one are judgeable. So, here is what they sent as the "best". *customers are offered a free printed photo for 5 star reviews.

We met up in Davis because I saw the location of the bridge that she had taken in her portfolio and wanted the same scenery. Jennifer was on time and right off the bat, she would make you feel really comfortable. My husband does not like taking pictures (always forced every family photoshoot) lol. but even he said he liked Jennifer. She is professional, she knew exactly where and how we should pose. I was very impressed with her. The downside...we're on day eight after our photo session and we have yet to receive our photos. Both time's we've been here, it's taken over the expected amount of time to get our photos back. We've got a first birthday party that I wanted to have invites out for...by this week, but it's Saturday and I'll not have the chance to get them printed and in the mail now until next week. That's extremely upsetting. Then when you get them, you only have seven days to download them all before your gallery expires...that's stupid. This company needs to use a different gallery if it's too much to store them a little longer. Update: I just called the store and asked when I'd be getting the photos. She said she could have them sent out in two hours. I'd say...they haven't even been edited or uploaded yet. It's been eight days. Their website says to expect two days for the online gallery...as much as I love the photographer/owner and the backgrounds, I can't use these guys again because other companies can give me the same or better quality in less time.
