I repeatedly pointed out these issues, and at least three other nail technicians had to step in to help correct the work. When I explained my concerns to a woman I understood to be one of the owners, named Jenny, she was extremely rude and dismissive. She asked whether I wanted my nails fixed--of course I did. I expected to pay for a properly completed pedicure, with even nails and fully cured polish. When I told her that the way she spoke to me and handled my concerns could have been better, she became even more upset. Having to ask repeatedly for corrections was frustrating enough; being treated rudely made the experience worse. There are nail salons on every corner, and I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. I would not return or recommend this salon.

Ten Ten Nails sits in Ashley Park and is a fairly new addition to the spa scene in Newnan…read more On a recent visit, I decided to treat my dad to his first mani/pedi and subsequently me to my latest! We landed on Ten Ten based on a few factors, one being location to where we were already. The shop is good size, bright, open and very clean. We walked in, were immediately sat and off we went. We went with the Coffee Me Pedicure and Pamper Me Manicure. Combined pricing put us at $84/each. The manicure pricing is in line with what I have experienced at other spots, but they think a bit more of their pedicures and that is reflected in the prices. Were they worth it? Yes and no...the pedicure was solid, but comparing our services, which were the exact same and started at the same time made it a bit odd as mine lasted about 10 minutes longer than my dad's. For me, I appreciated this, but for him, his tech seemed a bit rushed. Still did good work. As with most spa's, they do offer drinks during your treatment. They should refill the offerings on the tray though, as all the "good" drinks were taken before they got to us, just leaving little room temp waters. Not a big deal, but just a small touch. Our tech's were friendly and did good work overall. Pricing was a bit steeper than I would have liked, so this place would not be a regular spot, but maybe one for a special treat, which is what this day was. Overall, solid place in a good location.
