These cock-ups have become more frequent as time has gone on, regardless if it's for the gray area products the store carries or things that are still completely legal and clear, and the owners need to start cracking down on ensuring their staff actually know what they're selling.

My friend and I stumbled upon this place when I was showing her the landmark skyscraper, which is probably my favorite Wichita Falls fun fact. The shop owner is very nice, and she was telling a couple the story of the skyscraper when we walked in. She has lots of furniture, decor, and other little things that you find in shops like this. When you walk up the stairs in the skyscraper, the story of the con is along the walls, which is fun to see. There are two levels of clothing in the skyscraper, so you can see downtown Wichita Falls while you browse through the racks. The very top has some artwork. My friend and I both ended up buying something while we were there, so now I can say I have a dress I bought a dress in the world's littlest skyscraper!

Employees were very helpful and friendly. The dressing room attendent was professional & courteous (normally most dressing rooms are staffed with either a half-conscious zombie or a Nazi). She's a sweet woman who's trying to adjust after escaping Cuba. If she was a white American, she would've been treated better. Go to the Walmart on Lawrence instead, they are much better and more professional! Also someone wrote their phone number in the bathroom with "call for a good time" on there, just thought I'd mention it.

There are very few organics, no bulk section, no fresh seafood, and the counter that could be used for fresh seafood/meats next to the deli is used for prepared fried foods instead. I have found that all United stores carry a lot of Dole brand produce, when they could supply customers with local produce (i.e. lettuce, mushrooms, etc.). The store tends to hire polite cashiers and has a nice manager who generally goes out of his way to greet customers or carry groceries to their car. On the other hand, two of the deli associates go out of their way to be rude and unaccommodating. Other than that I would say that this is an ok store to buy some basics, but thats about it.
