They said that the quality of their items would improve but after going in, it's clear that nothing has really changed. They still have things piled on wooden tables, items are still broken, and now the prices are 100x more. I would not reccomend this store. They claim to be a discount store but like stated earlier, they're more of an indoor junkyard. There are other better options in warsaw if you're looking for a discount store.

So I want to start off by saying not every experience is always great. The first time I had a bad…read moreexperience here I kind of let it go but this is the second time a frustrsting situation has happened. I was studying for multiple hours and decided I wanted to grab a snack and usually the deli food is very good and well priced. I went up to the deli and began to order and while she was grabbing my potato wedges she grabbed the smallest oldest looking pieces there. She then continued to LIFT UP THE GREASE PANEL AND GRAB POTATOS SOAKING IN GREASE. This is mildly frustrating and it was completely inedible. If people aren't going to treat costumers with kindness I don't think they should be working there at all especially when i've applied to this location multiple times and been rejected and KNOW I have better service then this.

Since Warsaw is really still rural Indiana, this superstore is always fully stocked, clean, bright (they have skylights!!!!), and there might be one person in front of you at the checkout line. Half the clothes here are on clearance and they have every size still on the rack. Their George label is comparable to Merona at Target and the quality is just as good and the prices beat Target's clearance hands down. Their home goods sections is so expansive, and their style has totally changed and is much more modern. And the toy section? Whoa, I wish you could have seen it around the holidays. They so many play-doh sets, nerf toys, lego's, games, all at prices that put Target to shame. The grocery section has ever thing from the Kashi dinners I like for lunch to Fetzer Gewrztraminer and fresh produce galore! Uh, I really wish this Wal-Mart was closer (-1 star) cause it could totally save me $$, or would it??

This review is more for the customer service that Mattress Firm provided. It is too soon to review…read moreour new mattresses. We went to the Warsaw, IN store and was helped by Amy. She is the manager at that location. Upon our arrival to the store, she had us try one of their hybrid mattresses. From there, she asked several specific questions to narrow down which type of mattress would best meet our needs; both for comfort and budget. The store is currently having a 60% off sale on mattresses. We bought two. She gave us an additional deep discount on top of the sale. The Sterns and Foster seems to be a good quality mattress. But, we have no way of knowing how long they will last. This is why the extra discount on the mattresses gave us peace of mind. Amy went the extra mile. If you are looking for traditional mattress names like Beauty Rest, Serta, Sealy, Tempur-pedic, then I would definitely recommend stopping in and seeing Amy.
