And not having been in a few years, I can see that it is considerably smaller yet due to the number of closures at the mall. There are easily a half-dozen empty storefronts here, and the buildings themselves are definitely not being kept up, either. I do not think this mall will be around in a couple years unless management steps in and revitalizes it. Don't even get me started on the danger of trying to cross the street between the two sides of the development, either as we witnessed multiple cars run the stop sign in our short time there.

I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

When I spoke with the manager the next day, I was told the roses they used were their "standard" for Lavender or Purple roses. I shared that they definitely were NOT the lavender roses we saw and chose in their cooler when we placed the order. I shared that I was disappointed and asked if there was something he could do to make it right (like a discount of some sort?). He said there was nothing he could do as they provided the product we ordered. I did give them two stars, as the arrangements WERE beautiful and they did a fantastic arrangement in a Tanqueray Gin bottle that we loved. But we were heartbroken with the pink roses.

The only reason for 1 star is because you cant leave less. Dollar stores are part of our life now. They arent anything "unusual". I have started patronizing this store ONLY when I dont have the time to go to the other 2 Follar Tree stores here in the area. I dont care HOW you got pregnant, WHY you did the same same, and for the trifecta-WHAT is going to change at home OR at work because of it. I avereage 2 trips a week as I have young grandchildren and they LOVE the dollar store. I have learned more private things about the employees there than I am comfortable with. I know who doesnt get child support, who is on a facebook battle with an exlover, the foot traffic of a "suspected" drug house. When I and countless other people are in line, PLEASE do your job. It is status quo to go into that store, find what you need..stroll a few minutes and then get in line..and wait..and wait..after all, you have several other employees who can run a register, but dont..they are either unpacking boxes..or in the office with 3 or 4 other employees..giggeling and gossiping. Your office is not soundproof. Please rember that. read more
