The cashier immediately complimented my hair before starting business. I was taking back an item I bought for the holidays that I didn't end up using (with tags still attached). I thought I had the correct receipt but it wasn't. The cashier asked if I wanted to check with my phone number. Unfortunately, nothing showed up. She asked if store credit was ok and I said of course! There were some issues with the system being slow looking up the item. The cashier was super sweet and kept apologizing. (Girl I'm fine, you're helping ME!) I gave her my ID, everything went swimmingly and she made sure to remind me that I will need to show my ID whenever I use the store credit. Quite possibly the best place around to get precious metals and various vintage/modern coins and other such items.
