There were a couple of sections that were untidy and jumbled. I tend to not look through areas like this. There were only two locations within the store that I noticed you could make your purchase. And there weren't many employees in the store. This is the reason for the three stars. I know that the pandemic has a huge affect on many Belk stores, but I wish they would go back to the way they used to be

So my husband comes in and asked if they were closing the store soon, which was a no, just their customer service. He asked to speak to the manager and the woman then at the counter told him to wait there while she went and spoke to her. The manager, Terri, turns and looks at him and then proceeds to ignore him standing there for TWENTY minutes. We never were helped. You shouldn't be a manager if you're that horrible in customer relations.
