I didn't understand there being just the one lane BUT the young lady running the register very efficiently ran two registers! She did this to help with the flow of customers. I was so impressed and she had an excellent attitude!!! Attitude is EVERYTHING and she definitely left an impression on me. I just wanted to highlight this experience since my previous review was a year ago.

They stay stocked and their store is very clean. They are open until 10pm every night which is great! They sell clothes, toiletries and they even have a freezer section with different foods. Shopping here is very convenient especially when you want to pick up something quick without waiting in a long line.

They expanded there food items especially the ones in the refrigerator and freezer section. They have great buys on snacks and candy for some being only a $1 dollar. I don't understand why this store is so despicable. I came in here to grab two health and beauty…read moreitems. I used self checkout so I could get out of here as fast as possible! The staff was ok. There was soooo much inventory that was in the aisles. Literally looked like a tornado touch down inside the store. Staffing is clearly an issue. I don't normally write negative reviews, but this store is beyond bad. First, there's a sign on the…read moredoor that displays not to open merchandise which they apparently having a problem with thieves and customers opening up stuff. Second, there's hardly anything on the shelves which all the merchandise is still inside the boxes on the carts ready to be open and put out. Third, I find the self checkout not helpful at all if there's no handheld scanner to scan an item that can't scan on the scanner. That the issue I had while trying to scan a basket while the ticket was on the inside. Plus, the self checkout doesn't accept cash which is a card only basis. I felt bad for the only employee in the store because you can tell he was trying, but Dollar General needs to get it together as far as getting some help for this location.
