I couldn't pronounce the name correctly and one of the sons said " what did you say?" I replied trying to say the name. he said " you mean ****". I said my bad yes sir. he said" why are you even here you probably don't even know what pokemon are". I was like okay my apologies I asked to get 4 booster bundles for me and my wife to open his response " absolutely not" keep in mind the signs all over the store say 4 pokemon items per customer. ( I have bought multiple bundles from here before). I brought it up " I thought the signs for the limit of 4 is for all items besides the etbs and upcs. he replied with" this is my store and I can limit products how I want. I said" i completely agree" he then said. "I will not sell you four because I do not support what you do with them". I apologized if I offended him and explained I wasn't a scalper/reseller even provided photos and videos of me and my wife opening every product I have bought from them. he still wouldn't sell me the 4 bundles. I then walked out and walked back in about 5 min later to buy just the one because all other stores get hit instantly by scalpers. everyone there is completely rude besides the mom she is very sweet. Will never shop here again, and would not recommend anyone else to shop here.

Long aisles with multiple sizes in the same aisle and absolutely no room to move through the aisle. Almost impossible to find what you want. The quality of the clothing has also declined. I don't see many brand names or such as I did in the past. I would much rather go to the Tyler store but hope they do not go down the same path. I hope they decide to change this.

I was greeted at the door. The cashier had a smile on. I walked around with my purchase, and a lady who seemed like she should be the manager - a taller short spiked blondish/white haired lady- was talking to another person. I walked by, and she stopped her conversation and asked me did I need a buggy. I told her no thanks, and that I was just browsing. I stopped to look at a bedspread and another worker talked to me about sales, coupons, and how she too wanted to purchase the spread. I got to the cash register and the manger checked me out. She gave quality service and was very kind. I commended them on a job well done, to which she stated usually customers would complain about the store when things are going wrong - and not give a compliment when things are going right. I told her she had a wonderful staff and I could tell the store was run well. I will be back ! First time shopper, and I definitely like the store here.
