If you get home and realize they they rang something up twice when you go back they treat you like you are a criminal. Surveillance needs to be checked and if they cant access that they tell you that they will call you with their findings. 3-4 trips back to the store and when they realize that they were in the wrong they do not apologize or compensate you for your time or inconvenience. They were rude throughout the entire time to an 88 year old woman. It made me sick that someone would treat her that way. I used to like shopping at that store but I won't any more.

They are an amazing source of weird health food that you can't usually find any place else. Today, I was actually on the lookout for some toys for an event I'm throwing for work. Not only could I not find what I was looking for (a was a bit of a long shot to begin with) but the toys they have there are overpriced. As someone who is a frequent toy shopper it's a pretty big shame to see their lack of selection priced more than the Walmart down the street or even the Toys R Us fifteen miles away. Regardless, I picked up a four pack of gum, a can of Pepsi that's normally over $2 dollars at a convince store, and some weird healthy coconut chips all for less than $4.50. Add to all that, the person who rang me out was obviously new because they were super nice and helpful. Yeah the toy selection leaves a bit to be desired, but Big Lots made up for it in other ways.

I go there a lot to get beauty supplies because they have a wide variety of them and I love trying new things. They have a lot of brand name items there as well as non brand names. They have a huge junk food section and some of it is stuff you would normally not see in grocery stores. I love the variety of treats there.. though my wallet doesn't love it as much as I do. The staff are always friendly and every time I go there, which is about once a month, I have always been greeted by the cashier behind the register and when I leave they always tell me to have a good day.

Very helpful associate (Brandon) in the showroom, I described to him what I was looking for and he showed me great options. Very high quality and excellent pricing. And delivery was quick! When my dining room table was delivered, it was a little wobbly (turns out the floors in my townhouse are not level!) . The installers came right back with their toolset and took care of everything to my satisfaction. From now on when I need furniture I will go to Markson's first!
